USDA to Begin Resuming Cattle Imports From Mexico in August

The US Department of Agriculture announced on July 24 it would be resuming cattle imports from Mexico in August after stopping trade over concerns of New World screwworm. Before the border closure, industry estimates were more than 1 million head of cattle would be imported into the United States annually. Read what’s happening here.
