NY’s Plastic Bag Ban is Back On In October

New York State will start enforcing its long-stalled plastic bag ban Starting October 19th, 2020 . The ban took effect March 1 but was stalled by a lawsuit filed by Poly-Pak Industries. There are few exemptions, read the details here.
