ARCOP Inc. Announces Newly Appointed President Anissa Mandell-Chance

ARCOP Inc. (“ARCOP”), the national supply chain cooperative for Arby’s, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anissa Mandell-Chance as its new President effective July 10, 2023. Consistent with ARCOP’s purpose to deliver excellence in every case, Mandell-Chance will use her 30+ years of hospitality, operations and supply chain experience to produce strategic solutions and advance service excellence at ARCOP.

Prior to joining ARCOP, Mandell-Chance served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Focus Brands where she spent 12 years in various leadership positions. During her tenure, Mandell-Chance was responsible for the strategic supply chain initiatives for seven brands, playing a pivotal role in transforming the supply chain organization to a vastly enhanced model. Prior experience also includes supply chain leadership roles at Tappan Street Restaurant Group, Rare Hospitality International and other restaurant groups. She currently serves as Vice Chairman of the National Restaurant Association Supply Chain Expert Exchange board. Mandell-Chance, a Georgia native, received her bachelor’s degree and MBA from Kennesaw State University.

David Cox, who retired as ARCOP President after serving 18 years, expressed his confidence in the board’s choice. “I'm very happy with the board's decision and have complete faith in Anissa to elevate the ARCOP team to even greater heights.
